Welcome to my website! My name is Rev. Dr. Fraser Venter, and I am passionate about helping Christian leaders who are committed to addressing injustice through the church, organization, or life. I understand that this work can often leave individuals feeling isolated, discouraged, and exhausted. That’s why I am here to provide a Biblically-faithful bridge into the space of loving others through equipping and empowering those engaged in justice work.

I have spent over 30 years serving in various pastoral and leadership roles, gaining experience and practice in spiritual formation, life coaching, Cultural Intelligence Training, Bias Training, and Biblical justice and advocacy. I bring both a prophetic and pastoral voice to the need for justice in our world. My ultimate goal is to help create an environment of peace where justice and righteousness come together.

My journey towards ministry began after graduating from San Diego State University in 1989 and pursuing a career in business. However, I sensed a call to ministry and in 1993, that calling manifested into full-time ministry as my family and I served on the pastoral staff at Light and Life Free Methodist Church in Long Beach in various ministry positions. In the summer of 1997, we were asked to lead Cucamonga Christian Fellowship, where we served for over 25 years.

My wife, JoAnne, and I have been married for over 30 years and have two wonderful children, Madisen and Jeffrey. JoAnne has worked in sales for over 25 years but also fulfills her calling to ministry alongside me. She has been a powerful prayer warrior, overseeing the prayer ministries of CCF for many years. Our greatest joy is worshipping Jesus, loving one another, and spending time with our awesome kids.

I firmly believe in the transformative power of the gospel and the role that the church and you can play in bringing about Biblical justice.
